How to order a cake?

You can place your order directly on our website or contact us for assistance. Choose your size and date – and we'll confirm your order as soon as possible.

How far in advance should I order?

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. During weekends and holidays, we recommend ordering even earlier, as we often get fully booked.

When can I buy single portions?

Single portions are sold Friday–Sunday

When can I order full cake?

Full cake can be ordered any day, as long as they are ordered at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery in selected areas for an additional fee. Delivery is subject to capacity and is not guaranteed for all dates. You will always receive confirmation upon request.

Are the cakes gluten-free? 

Yes – all our cakes are naturally gluten-free, except for cakes containing Biscoff, as Biscoff products contain gluten.

Do the cakes contain nuts, milk, or eggs?

Our cakes contain milk and eggs. Some varieties may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Please contact us if you have allergies.

Can I request custom modifications?

Yes, we can make simple adjustments such as decorations, toppings, or text. Contact us for details.

How should the cake be stored?

The cake should be refrigerated. For best flavor and texture – let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.

How long does a Basquelle Cheesecake last?

The cake is best consumed within 3 days after pickup/delivery.

Do you offer partnerships with cafés?

Yes, we offer great deals and regular delivery for cafés that want to have Basquelle Cheesecake in their selection. Contact us for more information.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery. After this, the order will be charged in full.
